Our online shopping carty system is NOT capable of calculating upgraded shipping; this must be done by phone.

We order from many suppliers across the US. Some will drop-ship directly to our customers, some won't; some have minimum order requirements; some items are in stock and some must be ordered... there are many variables..AND each supplier has their own set of rules as to returns, cancellations, and processing fees.

ALSO NOTE that prices and availability are subject to change without notice since our suppliers do not provide us with any advance notice of price increases, discontinued items or back-ordered items. Most times we learn of this when we phone them to place an order, or worse, when a shipment arrives and the Packing Slip states "Item Discontinued".

When you place an order with us we immediately place the order with our suppliers - when at all possible - this is to speed up your order. Most orders that ship to you directly form a supplier ship within 2 to 5 business days. Some suppliers will not ship direct to our customers, so some items must first ship to us, then we ship to you from our FL location.  This process can take up to 2 to 3 weeks or more especially during busy seasons.  Once we place an order with our suppliers we cannot cancel for ANY reason. Please refer to our Store Policies for more information.

We make every effort to update our websites and accurately represent our products using images and detailed text descriptions. We encourage our visitors to contact us before ordering with any questions they may have. We've placed
CONTACT US links on every page throughout our websites as well as a link to our 'handy question form'.

Some days are devoted to candle-making. When we're working with hot waxes we cannot always answer the phone lines - so if you should get our answering machine please do leave a brief message and a phone number so we can return your call. Include the Order# for the item you're calling about, the quantity you need, and BE SURE to include the date you require delivery. Then we can research pricing, availability and turnaround time for you.

We have installed a shopping cart system that has integrated our Candle website with our Bridal Shop website. It will add up your items, show the total UPS GROUND shipping charges, and allow Florida residents to add 7% Sales Tax. (Charlotte County 7%)

It CANNOT calculate UPS upgraded Air Services. For these services you'll need to contact us by phone or email.

You can also use our shopping cart to provide a total amount due and then mail this amount to us via money order, cashier check, or personal check, however we cannot process an order until personal checks clear the bank which can take up to 10 business days.

PLEASE USE A CONFIRMED ADDRESS when making a PayPal payment ~

If you make payment through PayPal we MUST ship to your "confirmed address" under PayPal's Seller Protection Plan . This is usually the EXACT SAME address your credit card company bills to.  If you phone in a credit card payment we can ship to whatever address you require within the 48 states.

PayPal considers a "Confirmed address" the same address where you receive your monthly credit card bills. PayPal confirms that the address you provide is accurate and on file with your credit card issuer.

PayPal considers an "Unconfirmed address" to be a security risk and won't provide us with their usual Seller's Protection if we accept these type of payments.

If you need us to ship to another address please phone in your Order, as under PayPal Seller Protection rules we must ship to your confirmed address. We may be able to ship to aother address providing we get matches on your credit card IDs, such as the billing address, zip code and the 3 digits on the back side of your card.

After we've processed your Order you will receive an "Order Confirmation" and Receipt via email. Please watch for this email since it's your assurance that your Order was received and processed, AND it may include a request from us for information we need from you.

If you don't receive a Order Confirmation within 48 hours after placing your Order please contact us and provide: date of order, what was ordered, full name order placed under, and a phone number.


We also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashier checks, however we cannot begin an order until personal checks clear the bank which takes a full 10 days. When we discuss your order we'll provide you with the correct mailing address if you decide to mail in a payment.

For ease in ordering we've assigned an Item# or an Order# to each product we sell - please provide that number if at all possible.... or provide a good description of the product(s) you're ordering and tell us which of our web pages you saw them on.

For all Candles that allow a color option - If you're ordering a 'cut-n-curl' candle please indicate what color you want on the outside of the candle and you may choose up to 3 colors for the inside colors (these are exposed when we hand-sculpt the candle).

If you need a custom color we'll do our best to try to match your color but it is not always possible since we're hand-dipping into hot wax tanks and mixing colors as we dip. Please mail a color sample to our P.O. Box address listed below. Be sure to include a note telling us under who's name the Order was placed.

If you're ordering a Personalized Candle - please be specific in telling us what you'd like imprinted.

Include all text, Names, Date, Ink color, and any
FONT preferences. If you don't specify these choices we'll choose an appropriate color and font.

If we are to create a custom graphic for you - such as a personalized labels, favor tags, placecards, invitations, candy wrappers, or personalized candles - please give us some idea as to your "theme" and colors.

We can simulate metallic gold or silver ink by shading the color...

If you'd like some gold or silver on a personalized candle we can add metallic trim to the silks.

After you've placed your Order with us please be sure to complete the appropriate IMPRINT FORM for the item you've ordered .. telling us exactly what you want imprinted along with any special instructions, such as border color, ink color, font choice, graphic choice, etc.

We'll send you graphic samples to choose from and/or a final graphic proof.

NOTE: We normally will not print an order for personalized or imprinted items without your written approval (a reply to our email), however, if you do not respond timely to our email with the graphic proof attached, we reserve the right to print your order based solely on the imformation you provide in this Imprint Form.

It is
VERY important that you check your email regularly so you can reply timely.

We ask that you print the proof so you can see what the final product will look like.

This is very important because once we begin printing there can be no further changes and there are no refunds or returns for personalized items.

If you view the full-size proof in your web browser you'll notice how large it appears. That's because we'll be printing at 300dpi (dots per inch) to give the text a crisp professional look and to sharpen the resolution of the graphics.

Once we receive your approval we can begin the print job.

Orders normally should ship within 1-2 weeks after you receive your approval to print.

If you request an edit to your proof there will be an edit fee of $15.00 due to the time involved for graphic layout.

If you have a graphic, photo, or wedding invitation that you'd like us to use to decorate or personalize your candle please email the image to us in any of the following formats: .jpg, .bmp or .png - we'll let you know if we can manipulate and use the image you send us.

Please include any special instructions or requests to help us make the candle to suit you.

Be sure to provide us with the date you require delivery or the date of your event. We flag each Order with this date to help ensure a timely delivery.

Your "ship to" name and address--we ship daily via UPS (United Parcel Service) and they don't accept P.O. Boxes, so please provide us with a physical street address and specify apartment numbers, floors, or any other instructions for delivery. We can sometimes ship via USPS and they DO ship to your PO Box address, however orders that ship to you directly from a supplier cannot use a PO Box address.

We have our own packaging department because our candles require extra care in packaging to ensure safe delivery.





We ship Monday through Thursday via UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) from southwest Florida (south of Tampa Bay). Delivery is between 1-6 business days within the US depending on your UPS Zone. For faster service we can ship UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Select, however the shipping cost is considerably higher. Keep in mind that selecting 1st, 2nd or 3rd day air will only reduce the time in transit. This will not decrease our preparation time.

Our online Shopping Cart system is NOT capable of calculating upgraded UPS Air Service. For these services you'll need to contact us by phone.


Neither FedEx or UPS will ship to a PO Box, APOs or FPOs. You need to provide them with a physical street address.

UPS charges us a $15.00 "Address Correction Fee" for ALL shipments with a bad address that they must correct. This could be something as simple as a missing Unit#, or a misspelled street name. This fee will be charged to the customer who provided the incomplete or bad address.

We cannot ship hand carved candles when your local temperatures are 90 degrees or more unless you agree in writing to accept the candles in whatever condition they arrives in. We normally place your order on hold until temperatures are 90 degree or less.

NOTE: We do NOT ship outside the contiguous United Stated (48 states)


Our posted prices do not include shipping, special-care packaging, insurance fees or any optional shipping services. Shipping is paid by the buyer. Cost is determined by overall weight to your UPS zone. Basic shipping charges include $100.00 worth of insurance against damaged or lost merchandise. Additional insurance is charged at the current shipper's rates.

UPS AIR SERVICE: ALL Air Service shipments are based on weight AND dimensions of the package. In most cases we cannot provide the exact amount for shipping costs until your order is packaged and can be weighed and measured.

NOTE: If you are ordering multiple items please be aware that many of our suppliers will ship directly to you which will help save time in getting your purchases to you. Most of our suppliers do NOT charge a "drop-ship" fee, but some do. For items that will ship directly to you from our supplier we'll show those shipping charges separately on your Invoice or Receipt. This means you may have serperate shipping charges for each item you order since the items you ordered may come to you from difference suppliers.


We ship via UPS Ground Service unless you have specify and contact us to pay for an upgraded service.

It is very important that someone be at the ship-to address to receive the candles. Some UPS drivers leave packages outdoors if no one is home and outdoor temperatures are a big concern. If you'd prefer that we ship to another address, perhaps your work address, please let us know immediately since some of our suppliers will ship direct to you and we place your order with them immediately to quicken delivery to you.

When we ship your order our shipping software triggers UPS to email you the Tracking Information. This will allow you to track your shipment and know what day to expect please be watching for an email from "Quantum View". This will allow you to click on a link to see where your package is in transit. Please remember that UPS Ground does not guarantee this delivery date-it's only an estimate. UPS Air Services DOES guarantee a delivery date.

During the summer we ship candles from our southwest Florida location on Mondays and Tuesdays only - so orders won't sit in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend. Your order may also come from one of our many distributors across the U.S. If your UPS Shipping Zone is more than 3 days away from our shipping point we highly recommend that you upgrade your shipment to 3-Day Select or 2nd Day Air to avoid damage caused by the heat. We will be happy to quote you an estimated rate for the upgraded shipping. Please note: we have never had a candle melt over a 3-day transit, so we recommend UPS 3-Day Select Service.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship hand carved candles when your local temperatures are 90 degrees or more unless you agree in writing to accept the candles in whatever condition they arrives in. We normally place your order on hold until temperatures are 90 degree or less.






Uon checkout at our websites you will be taken to PayPal, the most popular service for making secure payments online, an Ebay company.  You may already have an account there, but if not you have choices: you can open a free account OR you can make a payment without opening an account.  PayPal accepts Viaa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discovery. 

You can also make an e-check payment, however be aware it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to clear and we can't process your order until then.

We don't offer a printed catalog... this is one way we're able to keep our prices reasonable - no printing costs.

We are not a wholesale company.... and we don't "wholesale" in the true meaning of the word... but we will give a discount (-if we can-) on bulk Orders. We offer candles and other products from many different sources across the US and Canada, in addition to those we manufacture. Some of our suppliers give us a better discount than others - some will drop-ship to our customers while others won't.... still others charge a fee to drop-ship... so you see there are allot of variables. We do NOT discount our handmade or personalized candles since they require so much time to make and we've already priced them as low as possible. Please request a Price Quote (see below).
